Shipping & Returns

Shipping :

  • We understand that waiting can seem like an eternity after placing an order. We have partnered with trusted & reputable shipping providers. We do this to make sure that our products get to you as soon as possible and in a proper condition.
  • The following is some important information regarding our delivery policies:
  • All orders placed within India are provided free shipping.
  • Products are likely to be delivered to you within 3 to 6 days upon order placement, as per the location.
  •  In the event of an unanticipated delay, we will make sure to notify you as soon as possible.
  • To use our COD service, all of the items in your cart should be eligible for COD-you will be informed of this on the Product Page. If not, a payment must be made Prepaid i.e Online.

COD :

  • You can't open the delivery product package for Cash on Delivery without paying for it at the time of delivery
  • Do not accept the order if the product package is open or package looks damaged.

Returns :

  • Simply put, you can return items which are damaged within 5 days of receiving it.
  • Amount refunded would be excluding shipping or COD Charges.
  • The item must not have been worn or used.
  • Yes, you can exchange an item which is damaged or incorrect size.
  • To avoid loss or damage during transport, please ensure that the returned items are safely packed.
  • Kindly inform our Customer Support of your intention to return the product once it has been securely packed, so that we can anticipate receiving it.
  • The Return & Exchange procedure can take anywhere from 8 to 10 business days to complete.
  • If your Pin Code is not serviceable by our shipping provider, the buyer must return the item using his own local courier agency.
